Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Kami (“the Service”) operated at kami.typo.monster. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Kami provides tools to convert Notion HTML exports into Markdown. You may use the Service for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

4. Usage Limits

Each plan includes daily and monthly conversion limits. If you exceed your limits, additional conversions will be blocked until the next period.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or convert through the Service. We do not store the content of your Notion exports or Markdown output on our servers beyond the duration of the conversion process.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Resell access to the Service without our written permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kami shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
